1. Payment Terms

• All payments must be made 100% in advance to initiate services. This ensures that the balance can be allocated to the respective ad accounts promptly.

• All fees and charges are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST), which will be added to the invoice as per the prevailing rates.

2. Result Timeline

• A minimum of 15 days is required to deliver measurable results. Digital marketing is a gradual process, and we request your patience and understanding during this period.

3. Non-Cancellable Renewals

• Service renewals and payments cannot be postponed or cancelled under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Changes in the project or its details.

  • Technical or sales issues unrelated to Betterrwalls’ marketing activities.

  • Any external factors beyond Betterrwalls’ control.

4. Client Cooperation

• Clients must provide accurate project details, timely feedback, and necessary approvals to ensure the success of campaigns.

5. Ad Account Management

• Betterrwalls will manage and optimize the ad accounts as per the agreed strategy. Clients are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available in their ad accounts for smooth campaign execution.

6. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of shared information and data. Betterrwalls will not disclose any client information without prior written consent.

7. Scope of Services

• The services provided will strictly adhere to the scope outlined in the quotation or agreement. Any additional requirements will be subject to separate agreements and fees.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Betterrwalls is not responsible for factors beyond its control, including but not limited to platform changes, market fluctuations, or external disruptions impacting campaign performance.

9. Termination Clause

• Either party may terminate the agreement with a prior written notice of 30 days. However, payments made for ongoing or completed services are non-refundable.

10. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved amicably through mutual discussion. If unresolved, they will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the city where Betterrwalls is headquartered.

11. Webinar Terms

• Webinars conducted by Betterrwalls are charged at Rs. 299 per participant, exclusive of applicable GST.

• Payments for webinars are non-refundable, except in cases where the webinar is cancelled by Betterrwalls.

• Participants are required to register and pay in advance to secure their spot.

• Access links for webinars will be shared only upon successful payment confirmation.

• Betterrwalls reserves the right to:

  • Deny participation to individuals who fail to meet registration requirements.

  • Remove attendees who disrupt the session or fail to adhere to webinar guidelines.

  • Modify the webinar schedule, content, or speakers if necessary, with prior notification to registered participants.

• Participants are prohibited from recording, redistributing, or using webinar content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Betterrwalls.

By engaging Betterrwalls’ services or attending webinars, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
