TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BANKING (PACKAGE 1)

The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the usage of the Banking Package offered by Betterrwalls.com (“Betterrwalls”) by builders and sole selling agencies (“Users”). By accessing or using the Banking Package, Users agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Terms regarding revenue model:

The revenue model of Betterrwalls is solely based on the Home Loans facilitated through various banks. Betterrwalls shall not impose any subscription fees or charges per lead to the Users.

Betterrwalls shall derive its revenue from the respective banks upon processing Home Loan cases of all the customers that book a property in their the respective projects.

No portion of the revenue received by Betterrwalls from any bank for any loan cases shall be shared with the Users. Betterrwalls provides customer leads to the Users instead of revenue by investing their own revenue for those projects according to the requirement of that projects.

Marketing service investments shall be financed solely from the banking revenue received from the total banking activities of the respective project.

In case the User opts for both Package 1 and Package 2, fees shall be charged according to Package 2 terms and the project’s basic requirements.

2. Terms regarding banking:

Betterrwalls shall exclusively handle the banking processes of each customer of the respective projects. Users shall not engage any other banker for the project’s banking activities.

The entire liaison process, including follow-ups and documentation, shall be managed by representatives of Betterrwalls.

For certain loan cases, Betterrwalls may engage third-party bankers. Users shall not raise any concerns, objections, or disputes regarding this process.

Users shall not provide the customer’s loan file and documents to any other banker or DSA agent except Betterrwalls’ authorized executive or team. Failure to comply shall result in a 2% brokerage charge as a penalty.

3. Terms & Conditions for leads sent in the Banking Package to the User:

The number of leads provided to any User in this package shall be determined by the initial boost package run by Betterrwalls.com for the project.

Lead quantity may vary by +/- 15% monthly due to factors such as marketing platforms’ outputs.

The promised lead quantity for any project shall be specified in the project’s quotation and shall vary based on factors such as total files, disbursement amount, and lead cost.

4. Terms regarding own finance customers sent via Betterrwalls.com:

No additional fees, brokerage, or charges shall be imposed for own finance customers, as Betterrwalls provides leads and marketing up to receiving funds from banking activities.

These Terms apply to all projects onboarded for Package 1. Any additional terms specific to a project shall be communicated by Betterrwalls to the User and mutually agreed upon.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PER PROJECT PLAN (PACKAGE 2)

The following terms and conditions govern the usage of Package 2 by builders and sole selling agencies registered with Betterrwalls.com.

1. Terms regarding revenue model:

The revenue model for Package 2 depends on the advertisement budget and Betterrwalls’ fees for designing, campaign setup, monitoring, and optimizing marketing campaigns.

No additional fees apart from the aforementioned charges and taxes shall be imposed by Betterrwalls.

These fees and advertisement budget shall be charged on a monthly basis with a minimum locking period of 2-3 months.

2. Terms regarding marketing:

Various strategies and ideas shall be tested to optimize marketing campaigns for projects.

Betterrwalls may adjust strategies promptly if results are suboptimal within the specified time frame.

Users must complete the monthly time period for Package 2 payments to bridge the gap between the approval of the first 3 files and the receipt of commission if the user has opted for both the packages.

100% advance payment for Package 2 every month is mandatory to initiate and continue work.

By accessing or using Package 2, Users agree to abide by these Terms.
